Suggested use

The manufacturer suggests inserting one suppository every other evening, preferably at bedtime and at least two to three hours after eating. Use the restroom first, wash your hands, remove the suppository from its shell, lightly moisten it with water or coconut oil, and insert the flat end just past the sphincter.
