It’s no secret that yeast overgrowth – with Candida albicans being the most infamous – is one of the most persistent microbiome imbalance. Whether your gut microbiome or vaginal, tackling yeast can lead to a healthier and happier life.

Yeast sufferes, spend years trying various doctors, health coaches, and natural and pharmaceutical treatments with little result. It’s difficult to get the results you want, especially if there are other chronic infections that can develop alongside Candida species. Other times, your treatment isn’t targeting all important aspects of yeast growth and persistence.

Global Healing Center’s Mycozil may be exavctly what you need to break free from your ongoing yeast overgrowth cycle. Unlike most supplements and treatments, Mycozil targets the core of the problem due to it’s multi ingredient approach.

Key Mycozil Ingredients

Jatoba Bark

Jatoba (Hymenaea courbaril), a traditional Brazilian remedy, has been an energy and respiratory tonic for many years. Now, modern lab studies show that jatoba bark may have antifungal effects against a range of Candida species and dermatophytes. It’s described as having superior effects to many conventional antifungals, and fewer downsides.

Pau D’Arco

Another Central and South American herbal remedy from tree bark, Pau D’Arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa) has a range of antimicrobial effects. It can inhibit harmful Staphylococcus species that sometimes feature in intestinal dysbiosis, as well as some Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Bacillus, and Clostridium species. As for fungal species, Pau D’Arco may work against Candida albicans, C. tropicalis, Aspergillus fumigatus, and Cryptococcus neoformans.

Licorice

Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is great for more than just candy. Lab studies show that the root extract effectively inhibits Candida albicans and a number of bacterial species that can be involved in dysbiosis. It may also soothe and protect the intestinal lining, which is important after years of yeast overgrowth and general microbiome disruption.

Anise

Often mistaken for licorice due to its flavor, anise (Pimpinella anisum) could be a powerful antifungal remedy. Its fungi-fighting abilities cover Candida albicans, C. parapsilosis, C. tropicalis, C. pseudotropicalis and C. krusei, as well as the dermatophytes Trichophyton rubrum, T. mentagrophytes, Microsporum canis and M. gypseum.

Brevibacillus laterosporus

Brevibacillus laterosporus is a little-known bacteria, and Mycozil’s only probiotic ingredient. Research shows that it has antimicrobial properties against Candida albicans, and continued supplementation may increase these benefits as your B. laterosporus population rises.

Beta-Glucanase and Hemicellulase

Beta-glucanase is an enzyme that digests beta-glucans, and as a result may help to break up biofilms. Hemicellulase is included too, as it breaks up different types of carbohydrate molecules used in biofilms.

Biofilms are a persistent, protective cover made of proteins and diverse sugar molecules such as beta-glucans. Yeast, other fungi, persistent bacteria, and parasites use biofilms to hide from the immune system and antimicrobials. As a result, an effective yeast overgrowth treatment must include biofilm-busters.

Fulvic Acid

Fulvic acid is a component of soil, released during the breakdown of dead plant matter. It may also be a safe alternative to chlorhexidine and other harsh antimicrobials. Research demonstrates that fulvic acid can effectively break down Candida albicans biofilms, but that’s not all. When tested against multi-species biofilms (which makes up all biofilms in the real world), fulvic acid had a 90% rate of removal.
