Ingredients:
- 2 medium (or 1 large) carrots
- ½- to 1-inch ginger root
- 2 ½ cups water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ avocado
- 1 tablespoon onion
- ¼ lemon, peeled
- ½ teaspoon cumin
Make It Happen:
- Blend carrots, ginger, and water.
- Strain through fine strainer into a bowl, separating the fiber and liquid.
- Pour liquid back into blender, then add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with hemp seeds, fresh cilantro, and black pepper.
